Leida's Family Income and Allowance Exposed

Financial Struggles and Legal Challenges
Leida Margaretha, a former contestant on the reality TV show 90 Day Fiancé, has revealed her challenging financial situation during a legal proceeding involving her separation from her estranged husband, Eric Rosenbrook. According to court documents, Margaretha, 36, is currently unemployed and relies on support from her parents and government assistance. She receives a monthly allowance of $700 and has limited financial resources.
Margaretha's financial status includes a savings account with only $120, a checking account with $500, and $200 in cash. Additionally, she has a $300 car payment for a 2018 Audi and still owes $10,000 on a loan. She also carries $750 in credit card debt, which she pays off at a rate of $75 per month. These details were shared as part of her request to the court to waive fees associated with her petition for legal separation.
A Marriage Marked by Conflict
The couple, who married on July 8, 2018, after seven years of marriage, filed for legal separation on July 27. In her filing, Margaretha described their relationship as "broken" and cited multiple instances of domestic abuse. The tension escalated when Rosenbrook was arrested on July 5 after allegedly slapping Margaretha following a complaint about his drinking. During questioning, he admitted that he might have slapped her.
A few days later, Margaretha sought a temporary restraining order. In her petition, she requested spousal support of $7,000 per month, a home in Wisconsin, and two additional cars. However, Rosenbrook denied all allegations of physical, emotional, and mental abuse.
Tragic Loss and Legal Complications
The separation came just days after Margaretha and Rosenbrook lost their newborn daughter, Alisa, who passed away on July 8. Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, spoke about the tragic situation and stated that his client denies any wrongdoing. He emphasized that the cause and manner of Alisa’s death remain unknown, and Margaretha is deeply distraught.
Hart added that Margaretha has faced years of negative publicity and social media scrutiny since her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé in 2018. He stressed that she would never harm her child and firmly denies any allegations of wrongdoing.
Additional Legal Issues
In addition to the divorce, Margaretha was arrested on charges of bail jumping on July 17. This occurred after she failed to update her phone number with the court in a separate pending criminal case. In a letter written from jail, she explained that it was a mistake. She said the issue was not intentional and that she had been too overwhelmed by the loss of her child to focus on other matters.
The judge ordered her release but required her to surrender her passport. Margaretha and Rosenbrook first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé season 6, which aired in 2018. Their story highlights the complex challenges they face both personally and legally.
