U.S. Representative Brian Fitzpatrick has become a central figure in a local dispute over a proposed senior housing development in Lower Makefield, Pennsylvania. Dennis O’Sullivan, a resident of Lower Makefield, expressed his belief that building within 150 feet of his home would negatively impact his quality of life.
