21 New Aldi Stores Coming to Florida

  • Fort Lauderdale: Southland Shopping Center, 941 Southwest 24th Street

  • Jacksonville: Fort Caroline Trading Post, 6060 Fort Caroline Road, Suite 10 (former Winn-Dixie)
  • Leesburg: Lake Harris Square, 27405 U.S. 27
  • Lehigh Acres: 61 Bell Boulevard North
  • Milton: Dogwood Park Shopping Center, 5428 Dogwood Drive (former Winn-Dixie)
  • Naples: 13725 Immokalee Road
  • North Fort Myers: 5690 Bayshore Road (former Winn-Dixie)
  • New Port Richey: 6400 Massachusetts Ave. and 12124 Moon Lake Road
  • Orlando: Metro West Marketplace, 1403 South Hiawassee Road
  • Ormond Beach: Ormond Beach Shopping Center, 353 West Granada Boulevard (former Winn-Dixie) – opening in December

These new Aldi locations will provide residents with greater access to affordable groceries and a variety of products.

Three New Publix Stores Coming to Florida

Publix is also expanding its footprint in Florida with three new stores scheduled to open in September 2025. These include:

  • Fort Myers: 9050 Corkscrew Road (opened on Sept. 11)
  • Orlando: 2435 S Hiawassee Road (opening Sept. 25)
  • Coral Gables: 1542 S Dixie Highway (opening Sept. 25)

As of Sept. 15, Publix has already opened 13 stores in Florida this year, showing a strong commitment to the region.

Two New Trader Joe’s Stores Coming to Florida

Trader Joe’s is making its mark in Florida with two new locations. While the exact opening dates have not been announced, the stores will be located at:

  • Daytona Beach: 1511 Cornerstone Boulevard
  • Melbourne: 21 Town Center Avenue

Two New Sprouts Stores Coming to Florida

Six New Target Stores Coming to Florida

Target is opening six new stores across Florida as part of a broader expansion across 22 states. These locations include:

  • Bradenton Heritage Harbour: 725 Lighthouse Drive
  • Cypress Creek Station: 6415 N. Andrews Avenue
  • Lake Nona: Lake Nona Boulevard, a half mile east of Boggy Creek Road
  • Trailwinds Village: Country Road 466A and Seven Mile Drive
  • Wesley Chapel Grove: Corner of Oakley Boulevard and Pink Flamingo Lane
  • Winter Haven: 3rd Street SW and Avenue R SW on US Highway 17

First H-Mart Store Coming to Florida

One of the most anticipated openings is the first H-Mart store in Florida. Located at 7501 W. Colonial Drive in Orlando, this store will open to the public on Thursday, Sept. 25. H-Mart is known for its focus on Asian-style products, providing a unique shopping experience for residents.

Two Whole Foods Stores Opened in Florida

Two new Whole Foods locations have already opened in Florida this year:
