1. Cleveland's Bookhouse Brewing to permanently close this month
   Cleveland’s Bookhouse Brewing on West 25th will pour its last beers after New Year’s Eve, ending a seven-year run in Ohio City. Owner Vaughn Stewart cites rising costs and tighter customer budgets, but he’ll stay in the local beer scene as head brewer when Rocky River Brewing Company reopens, while statewide brewery numbers remain in flux.
